3. User Accounts

• Account Creation: You must register for an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• Ethical Use: Your account is for your personal, ethical scambaiting use only. You may not share your account credentials with others.

4. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

4.1. Ethical Scambaiting Defined

Ethical scambaiting, in the context of The Gambit Show, refers to:

• The primary purpose of engagement is to waste the scammer's time, divert them from potential victims, gather intelligence on their methods, and contribute to public awareness or official reporting (where applicable and legal).
• All interactions must be conducted without causing real-world harm, financial loss, or significant distress to any legitimate individual or entity.
• No real financial transactions are ever to be simulated using real funds or real financial instruments. Our tools are strictly for fictional simulations.

4.2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Illegal Activities: Engaging in any activity that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Actual Fraud or Harm: Using the Service to commit, facilitate, or assist in any actual fraud, financial crime, harassment, defamation, or any other activity that causes real-world harm to any legitimate individual, organization, or system.

This includes, but is not limited to, impersonating law enforcement, government officials, or legitimate financial institutions (beyond the scope of our fictional bank simulations).
• Disruption of Service: Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or data contained therein.
• Commercial Use (Unauthorized): Using the Service for any unauthorized commercial purposes, including reselling or sublicensing the Service.
• Circumvention of Security: Attempting to circumvent any security or access control measures of the Service.
• Violation of Third-Party Rights: Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate termination of your account and may lead to legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
